Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery Timeframes

• Cairo & Giza: 2–4 business days
• Alexandria & other major cities: 3–5 business days
• Upper Egypt & remote areas: 5–7 business days

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location. Orders above a minimum value may qualify for free shipping — check the website for current promotions.
